The base damage % of your skill that your other stats are modifying.
The total % damage for most skills can be found on Elwiki.
Similarly, the defense % of most major enemies can be found on Elwiki.
Why doesn't the demon realm debuff or adaptation change anything?
The way skills work is they deal damage based on a % of your attack stat.
If you have 100 physical attack and a skill does 500% physical attack damage, you will do 500 damage.
Environmental debuffs decrease your actual attack stat.
30% environmental debuff means that your attack power becomes 70, but the skill damage stays 500%.
Right now, this calculator only calculates % damage rather than a numerical value, and the % remains the same regardless of environmental debuffs.
The option to input environmental debuffs is here for my testing.

Also please note that Specific Skill Damage Increase is not the damage of the actual skill, but stats that affect specifically that skill.
(ie. reforge stacks or passives)
please note that as of a recent patch that changed the way reforge works, this is likely going to be 0 in most cases.
